What I Offer

It's hard to know when to start therapy. On a good day, we don't feel like we need it. On a bad day, we may feel too overwhelmed to add something new. If you're reading this, you are interested in taking the brave step of starting and I want to respect that and make it as easy as possible for you. Therapy should be a place where we feel truly seen, supported, and even inspired. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you areโ€”no judgment, just understanding, curiosity, and support. Together, weโ€™ll navigate lifeโ€™s twists and turns, uncovering your strengths and finding new ways to thrive.

My Approach

I believe that you are the expert on your own experience. This is your journey through the dark forest. I am here to walk alongside and carry the lantern. I have training, expertise, and tools to share, but my goal is to support you in learning to trust yourself.
